3 Choices of Main Course:

  • FARMS FREE RANGE TURKEY CANNELLONI - Slow cooked boneless turkey confit mixed with roasted sweet pepper, black olives and Little Qualicum Cheeseworks fromage frais rolled in Prontissima Pasta traditional pasta sheet, baked with Pattison Farms organic tomato basil sauce and artisan cheese; or
  • WILD CHANTERELLE MUSHROOM RISSOTO - Vancouver Island Chanterelle Mushrooms sautéed with fresh rosemary, organic Pattison Farms fresh spinach, herbs and Natural Pastures Parmadammer cheese; or
  • WEST COAST FRESH HAND PEELED SHRIMP ROLL - Tossed with fresh celery, scallions, seasonal herbs and citrus mayonnaise, garnished with local Eatmore Sprout and tomatoes in a Portuguese bun.  Served with seasonal green salad and apple cider vinaigrette.

Dessert Choice:

  • Fig FrangipanePoached Black Mission figs and almond frangipane cream baked in Laurel’s sweet short dough crust; or
  • Chocolate Layered Cake - Decadent dark chocolate and almond cake filled with praline chocolate mousse, and glazed with pure chocolate ganache.

 

 

                             

About Ladies Luncheons

Ladies' Luncheons are held the third Tuesday of each month at various restaurants in the area. Please join us and meet other Newcomers. Sign up and make your menu selection and pay at the monthly Newcomers' meeting. A cheque or exact change is appreciated and you will be issued a ticket with your menu choice.


PLEASE NOTE: Your lunch choice is ordered ahead, so please let us know if you have to cancel. If there is a waiting list, someone can take your place and reimburse you. Thank you.
